Leigh Environmental Equipment, Inc. (A Women owned Business Enterprise) was formed in August of 1999.  The Owner, Debra L. Leigh has over forty-five (45) years of experience in the water and wastewater manufacturer's representative business in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. She has served as President of the Nebraska Water Environment Association and the Nebraska Chapter of the American Public Works Association.  She served a three-year term on the board of Directors of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and two terms on the Executive Committee of WEF.  The company philosophy is to work closely with consulting engineers, contractors and owners to help solve environmental problems with high quality products.
